To appropriate the sum of $30,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing Kosrae State's financial contribution to the Pacific Islands Development Bank (PIDB) for its continuous services to the region and the people; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 10 of the Kosrae State Code, by inserting a new Section 10.502 thereof, to require the acknowledgement and authorization of the Kosrae State Legislature, by resolution, any public funds raised or will be received by the State Government before it is deposited to the State Treasury; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $50,000.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury providing funding for the Kosrae Conservation & Safety Organization (KCSO) project; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law 11-171, by appropriating funding from the State Local Revenue and Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for the 3rd and 4th Quarters of the locally funded branches of the Kosrae State Government, its agencies, and various programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 5, at subsection (1) of Section 5.201 of the Kosrae State Code to restructure the Department of Administration and Finance; to further amend subsection (1) to include a new subsection (d) to establish a new Division of Tax and Revenue and a new subsection (e) to establish a Division of Budget; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 5, at subsection (6) of Sections 5.201, subsection and 5.202, subsection (3) at Section 5.203, and Section 5.204 of the Kosrae State Code; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 10, at Section 10.205, of the Kosrae State Code, by adding a new subsection (n) to create a new Kosrae Care Program revolving fund for the purposes of payment of health care services for all Kosraeans who are not covered by any form of health insurance and have been registered by family members who have committed to pay for health care costs under the Kosrae Care Program; and for other purposes.
To amend State Law No 11-128, by amending Section 3 to extend the lapse date for the project under Section 2(b); and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $2,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to contribute to the funding of 2019 August Memorial Day celebrations in the Municipality of Tafunsak; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $215,242 from the United States Grants Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury, to further supplement the operation and activities of the Kosrae Community Health Center Program (CHC).

To amend Title 9 of the Kosrae State Code by repealing Section 9.202 (4)(b) and further amend Section 9.202 (4)(a) thereof, to increase sales tax of cigarettes from one dollar & twenty-five cents to two dollars & twenty-five cents; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $1,500 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to support the Malem Majors Softball Team's participation in an upcoming softball tournament in Seattle, Washington on July of 2019.
To appropriate the sum of $100,000 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide supplemental budget for the operational budget for the current fiscal years 2019 and 2020, with State contributions to the Micronesian Legal Service Corporation (MLSC) and Pacific Island Development Bank (PIDB); and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 7.113 of Tile 7 of the Kosrae State Code, to specify the exemption of the Kosrae Utilities Authority (KUA) and Kosrae Port Authority (KPA) from the list of agency governing bodies requiring compensation at prescribed rates not exceeding twenty-dollars ($20) per meeting; and for other purposes.
To further amend Title 14 of the Kosrae State Code at Chapter 1, by inserting a new Section 14.109 to establish an exclusive industrial zone; to further amend subsection 1 (iii) to clarify its meaning; and to further amend subsection 1 to include a subsection 1 (iv); and for other purposes.
To amend Chapter 11 of Title 6 of the Kosrae State Code, by inserting a new Section 6.1105 thereof, to codify the use of video conference calls in court proceedings to ensure rightful and adequate participation of off-island parties of interest to a particular proceeding; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 5 of the Kosrae State Code, by amending Section 5.208 thereof, to require a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of each infrastructure project fund, to be expended locally on materials or supplies needed for the construction of such projects; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 from the Kosrae State Treasury to fund the 2019 Liberation Celebrations for the four Municipal Governments in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 12-42 to change certain amounts in Subsections of the FY2020 Budget, and to further correct Title and Sections to be consistent with the corrected amounts; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 17 of the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 17.204, by adding five dollars ($5.00) on top of the existing motor vehicle fees; and for other purposes.

To amend Title 17 of the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection 17.501 to establish Okat Bridge as a toll bridge imposing a fee of $1.00 for passage of each vehicle.
To amend Chapter 5 of Title 13 of the Kosrae State Coe, by inserting a new Section 13.516(17) thereof, to prohibit the selling of alcoholic drinks on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, starting from 0001 hours to 2400 hours, for each particular date, except where the holder of a restaurant license is permitted to sell alcoholic drinks to a seated diner; and for other purposes.
To further amend State Law No. 12-28, by making necessary corrections in Section 5.508 of Title 5 and Section 6.1206 of Title 6 of the Kosrae State Code; and for other purposes.
To amend State Law No. 12-37, by amending Section 3 to extend the lapse date for the funding of the community center project for the Kosrae Community Association of Guam; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $12,500 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of providing funding assistance for the 2020 FSM Biennial Women Conference, scheduled to be held in the State of Kosrae in July 2020; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $15,000 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to supplement the 12th Kosrae State Legislature's FY2020 operational budget.
To appropriate the sum of $1,500 from the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding special election in Tafunsak Municipality, and for other purposes.
To further amend Title 19.825(3) of the Kosrae State Code, and for other purposes. (Tafunsak MPA)
To amend the Kosrae State Code by adding a new Chapter 4 and inserting there under Section 12.401 and Section 12.402 of Part 1 of Title 12 of the Kosrae State Code. To further amend the Kosrae State Code by repealing the existing definition of sexual abuse in Section 13.312 of Chapter 3 of Title 13 of the Kosrae State Code and replacing it with a new definition of sexual abuse; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $44,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the FY20 System of Care Expansion and Sustainability Project in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 19, Section 19.332 of the Kosrae State Code to create a new Subsection (3) and to consequentially amend Title 13 Section 13.550 thereof, and for other purposes.
To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection 13.703(28) of the Kosrae State Code, imposing a speed limit for pickup trucks, flatbeds, or any other open bed trucks; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 11 of the Kosrae State Code by adding a new Chapter 22 inserting thereunder a new Section 11.2201 thereof; and for other purposes.
To provide a guideline for the selection of valedictorian and salutatorian in the schools. This will create a new section 12.401 in a new Chapter 4 at Part I of Title 12 of the Kosrae State Code.
To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection (29) of Title 13 Section 13.703 of to include a section on trash transportation; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 13 at Chapter 5 of the Kosrae State Code, by adding a new Section 13.563 thereof, to prohibit the importation of betel nut into the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $2,500 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide financial assistance to the Kosraean students studying in China; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $50,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to fund the FY16 Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) Grant; Professional Service fund in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.
To amend Title 19 of the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 19.824 (5)(i) to correct the area (size) of the UBR Core Zone. To further amend Title 19 of the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 19.824 (5)(iii) to identify the sets of points that delineate the UBR Core Zone; and for other purposes.
To amend the Kosrae State Code by adding a new Chapter 38 and inserting thereunder Section 6.3801, Section 6.3802 and Section 6.3803 of Title 6 of the Kosrae State Code. To further amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 13.614 by adding therein where appropriate “incapacitated person abuse”, “incapacitated person abuse as defined in Section 6.3801” “or her”; and for other purposes.
