Urging the President and Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia seek and endorse resolution(s) to the potential adverse impacts of the phasing out of the Amended Compact of Free Association (COFA) towards U.S. programs, including the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) Bank's Federal Depository Insurance Corporation (FDIC) membership.

Consenting and confirming the nomination of Dr. Tulensru E. Waguk (Ph.D), to continue to serve as the Director of the Department of Education.

Amending Section 4.2.2 of the Kosrae State Legislature Rules of Procedures, to modify the number of Committees a member can serve in; from 4 to 5.

Amending Rule 4.2.6 (c) of the Kosrae State Legislature Rules of Procedures, by inserting a new subject, namely Kosrae Community Health Center, as of the subjects that fall within the jurisdiction of the Standing Committee on Health and Social Affairs.

Amending Rule 4.2.6 (b) of the Kosrae State Legislature Rules of Procedures, by deleting certain subjects and insert a new subject which fall within the jurisdiction of the Standing Committee on Resources and Development.

Expressing Congratulations to the newly installed Government Administrations in Kosrae, both at the State and Municipal levels, and calling for all to come together as one in the spirit of our Constitution to work together for the betterment of our people.

Consenting and confirming the nomination of Mr. Steve Y. George to serve as the Associate Justice for the Kosrae State Court.

Consenting and confirming the nomination of Mr. Gerson A. Jackson to serve as the Director for the Department of Resources and Economic Affairs.

Consenting and confirming the nomination of Mr. Hairom E. Livaie to serve as the Director for the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure

Expressing Congratulations and continued encouragement and support of the Kosrae State Legislature to team Nipartak and Kosrae High School

Consenting and confirming the nomination of Dr. Livinson Taulung to continue to serve as the Director for the Department of Health Services.

Proudly recognizing and paying homage to the fairer gender of the Kosraean society.

Consenting and confirming to the nomination of Rensley A. Sigrah to serve as the Director of the Department of Administration and Finance.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s profound gratitude and appreciation to the Japan Embassy in the Federated States of Micronesia for their continued donations and support to the people of Kosrae through project funding in the State of Kosrae.

Respectfully requesting the Honorable Governor to consider granting legal ownership of the old Utwe Elementary School compound and land to the Utwe Municipal Government.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature's utmost gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr. Alanso P. Mike and Dr. Holden J. Nena and their respective families, for their ever generous hospitality in receiving and sheltering Kosraean travelers being stranded in Majuro, Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI).

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s sincere gratitude and appreciations to the Utwe Senior Citizens for their visitation to the Legislative Branch.

Requesting that measures be taken to seek the initiation of the AIR Marshall Islands (AMI) services to the State of Kosrae.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the passing of the late Honorable Speaker Fernando Scaliem of the 9th Pohnpei State Legislature.

Requesting that measures be taken to seek the initiation of the Caroline Islands Air services to the State of Kosrae.

Amending the Kosrae State Legislature Rules of Procedure at Rule 4.2.6 C, to add the Kosrae Island Veterans Association (KIVA) under the jurisdiction of the Standing Committee on Health and Social Affairs (H&SA), to include all matters pertaining to the United States Armed Forces’ Veterans of Kosrae to be considered, investigated, or recommended by the Committee.

Respectfully urge the President and Members of the Association of Pacific Island Legislatures (APIL) to seek possibility to reduce loan interest rates issued to borrowers for the Pacific Islands Development Bank (PIDB).

Expressing sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Government of the Republic of China thru the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Federated States of Micronesia for its in-kind financial assistance and contribution to the gymnasium recently constructed in Tafunsak Municipality.

Recognizing and expressing congratulations and continued encouragement to the twelve eighth graders from the Kosrae school system chosen to participate in the Tokyo Children Exchange Program.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s deepest posthumous recognition and acknowledgement to the late Miller David Abraham’s legacy and contribution to his community and the State of Kosrae.

Requesting that the Members of the 21st Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia consider establishing a minimum wage at the national level for all the Government employees at the State level.

Urging the Governor to call for a State Constitutional Convention, in response to the results of majority votes casted in the affirmative, during the 2014 General Election.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature's profound recognistion and congratulationto Sansrik Elementary School for the outstanding achievements to be selected as School of the Yeaer during school year 2018-2019.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature's genuine appreciaion  and gratitude to Dr. Nestor Oropesa Ocfemia, for rendering seventeen (17) years of professional services to the people and State of Kosrae.

Respectfully urging the Governor of the State to designate the Office of KIRMA to effect the minimal increase proposed for the recycling project program.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature's profound gratitude and sincere appreciation, on behalf of all Senior Citizens of Kosrae, to Ace Office Supplies and Senny's Enterprises for their generous initiatives in allowing purchase discounts to all Senior Citizens in the State of Kosrae.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s utmost appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Salik Taulung of Utwe Municipality for his undivided commitment and dedicated service of thirty-seven (37) years, working for the Kosrae State Government and to wish him continued success in the years ahead.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s admirable commendation to Mayor Presley Abraham and the 11th Lelu Town Council of the Lelu Town Government, for overcoming LTG’s financial burden which has accumulated for more than twenty years, as conveyed during the 2019 Lelu Mayor’s Message.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature's profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, for their generous donations and continued support to the Kosrae Special Parent Network (KSPN) and students with disabilities.

Urging the Governor of the State of Kosrae to establish and ad hoc Committee to review using a cost/benefit analysis the operations, functions, powers and duties of the Kosrae State Government agencies established by law with operational and decisional independence within limits set by law which are enumerated under Section 7.102 of the Kosrae State Code.

Amending Rule 5.2.7 of the Kosrae State Legislature Rules of Procedure, by deleting the clause “or recommendation for filing of a bill or resolution, all advice and consent appointments”.

Expressing the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature’s deepest sympathy to the passing of the late Carson Mathias Mongkeya and sincere condolences to his wife Mermina and family.

Expressing, on behalf of the people of Kosrae, the sincere gratitude and appreciations of Robert Annan Riley former United States of America ambassador to the Federated States of Micronesia.

Urging the Governor of the State of Kosrae to promptly provide a report on the establishment of an ad hoc Committee to review using a cost/benefit analysis the operations, functions, powers and duties of the Kosrae State Government agencies established by law with operational and decisional independence within limits set by law which are enumerated under Section 7.102 of the Kosrae State Code.

Relative to calling upon the State Leadership of Kosrae to support and provide financial assistance to state agencies and community programs and events that preserve, develop, and perpetuate their indigenous cultures, languages and art.

Relative to unifying efforts to curb the victimization of vulnerable populations, by establishing and committing to regional reporting of crimes committed against disable person, children, women and the elderly.

Congratulating and acknowledging Mr. Greg S. George for his remarkable achievement in attaining the Branch Manager for the Bank of Guam - Kosrae Branch and becoming the first native Kosraean to be rewarded with such prestigious appointment with the Bank of Guam.

Respectfully urging the Governor of Kosrae State, T.H. Carson K. Sigrah to call upon the Kosrae State Leadership to expedite the implementation of Kosrae State road project funded by the Adaptation Funds.

Requesting the United States Postal Services (USPS) and the United Airlines to continue its kind assistance of their services to deliver postal mail bound into the FSM jurisdiction but not limited to the State of Kosrae in the Federated States of Micronesia.

Expressing on behalf of the people and the leadership of the State of Kosrae, heartfelt condolences to the victims of the novel Corona Virus pneumonia epidemic in China.

Extending heartfelt congratulations, although belated, to Senator Aren B. Palik for his many years of service as the President and CEO of the Pacific Islands Development Bank (PIDB), having contributed notably to PIDB's reputation for sound financial status today.
