To appropriate the sum of $634,501.00 from the Amended Compact Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Kosrae - PMO and the IMF Project in the State; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $1,500.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the 2023 Kosrae State Inauguration; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $17,250.00 from the US Federal Grant of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Kosrae -PMHCA23 program in the state; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $40,000 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the immediate fixing and reinforcement of the Mosroal shoreline protection; and for other purposes.
To amend State Law No. 12-190, at Section 2(10) to adjust the Special Education program budget for fiscal year 2023; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $10,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to fund the 2023 International Women's Day celebration by each community women association; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $8,000.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to fund the 2023 International Women's Day celebration by each community women association; and for other purposes.
To appropriate the sum of $16,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for subcontractor agreement between the REACH - Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) and Kosrae Department of Health Services; and for other purposes.
To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new section 3.1401(5) of Chapter 14 of Title 3 of the Kosrae State Code, to include a passport size color photo of all candidates.
To amend the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 10.212 of Title 10, by adding a new subsection (3), to require re-appropriation by the Kosrae State Legislature for all audited unused money in the State General Fund at each fiscal year ending; and for other purposes.
To appropriated the sum of $16,000 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to subsidize the operation of the Utwe Water System; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $300,00.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the State Road Maintenance and Improvement project; and for other purposes.
To amend State Law NO. 12-126 by extending the lapse date set for Section 2(2) 2020 HPF SHPO (P20AF00012); and for other purposes.
To amend Title 5 of the Kosrae State Code by amending Section 5.501 to change certain requirements for the annual salaries of Department Directors; and for other purposes.
